About Shay

Shay is a running coach and a veteran runner passionate about encouraging her community to move their bodies and enhance their lifestyles. After spending 30 years as a runner, Shay decided to provide a  Judgement-free and safe zone for other runners in order to help them improve their health and achieve any goals they have set for themselves. This is when Run with Shay was born. Here, Shay offers one-on-one run coaching for every individual who aspires to incorporate running into their lifestyle. Whether you’re a novice runner who has just started running, a running enthusiast, or a professional athlete, Shay will provide you with a customized program that will help you achieve your target goals.
